Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Network Inspector (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any component, code, or intellectual property contained in the Extension.

Usage restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Extension except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the Extension for unlawful, malicious, or harmful purposes.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Extension or any part of it without written consent from SparkVault.
• You may not use the Extension to collect or intercept data in violation of privacy laws or website terms of service.

Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the Extension functions properly within your browser and operating environment. While SparkVault Network Inspector is designed to enhance productivity and diagnostics, it is provided “as is” without any warranty of performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

Third-party content

The Extension may interact with third-party websites or online services when inspecting network requests. SparkVault is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of those external sites. Users should review the respective terms and privacy practices of any third-party service they access.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, names, logos, and design elements associated with SparkVault Network Inspector remain the property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized reproduction, branding misuse, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SparkVault, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Extension, including loss of data, profit, or productivity.

Updates and termination
