Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Downloads Manager (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any component, code, or intellectual property in the Extension.

Usage restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Extension except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the Extension for unlawful, malicious, or harmful purposes.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Extension or any part of it without written consent from SparkVault.
• You may not use the Extension to collect or intercept data in violation of privacy laws or website terms of service.

Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the Extension functions properly in your browser and environment. SparkVault Downloads Manager is provided “as is” without warranties of performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

Data control and local operation

All download data, metadata, and settings are stored locally using Chrome’s APIs. SparkVault does not transmit your download history or personal data to external servers. You control all data retention, deletion, and optional export (JSON/CSV).

Third-party content

The Extension may interact with third-party websites or services when managing downloads or inspecting network requests. SparkVault is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of those external sites. Users should review third-party terms and privacy practices independently.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and design elements associated with SparkVault Downloads Manager remain the property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including data loss or productivity impacts.

Updates and termination

SparkVault may release updates to improve security, performance, or features. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for policy violations or technical reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local regulations. Any disputes shall be handled according to applicable law.

Changes to these terms

SparkVault may update these Terms periodically. Changes will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
