Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Advanced Tab Manager (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license allows you to view, search, organize, and manage your browser tabs, including activating tabs, loading favicons, pinning, muting, bookmarking, or closing them. Ownership of the Extension and all associated assets remains with Productivity Master X-Ultra.

Usage restrictions

The Extension uses the following permissions strictly to support tab viewing, tab actions, bookmarking, and UI functionality:

These permissions are never used for analytics, tracking, advertising, or external data collection.

Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for any actions you perform on your browser tabs. While SparkVault Advanced Tab Manager is designed for accuracy and reliability, it is provided “as is” without warranties of performance, safety, or correctness. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

Third-party content

The Extension does not alter, save, inject into, or interfere with the content of any third-party website. SparkVault is not responsible for the availability, policies, accuracy, or security of external websites. You must follow all applicable terms of any site you visit.

Intellectual property

All branding, icons, posters, UI layouts, names, and design features associated with SparkVault Advanced Tab Manager are the exclusive property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including lost tabs, browser crashes, tab mismanagement, or incorrect bookmark placement.

Updates and termination

The Extension may receive updates to improve security, performance, or functionality. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. SparkVault reserves the right to restrict usage or terminate access for violations of these terms or for technical or security reasons.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the Extension shall follow the applicable legal processes in your region.

Changes to these terms

SparkVault may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
