Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using any SparkVault product—including browser extensions, desktop applications, mobile applications, and associated websites—you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use SparkVault products.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its software for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license permits you to access and utilize the features provided by SparkVault products, including local data storage, productivity tools, and interface customization options. All ownership rights, source code, branding, and intellectual property remain with Productivity Master X-Ultra.

Usage restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute SparkVault products except where permitted by law.
• You may not use SparkVault products for unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or repackage SparkVault products without explicit written permission.
• You may not use SparkVault tools to intercept, extract, or collect personal data from users or websites.
• You may not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, browser permissions, or security mechanisms.
• You must use SparkVault products responsibly and only for their intended productivity and workflow-enhancing purposes.

Permissions

SparkVault products may request certain permissions depending on the tool’s functionality. Examples include storage access, tab visibility, content interaction, downloads management, and new tab overrides. These permissions are used strictly to deliver the product’s intended features and are never used for tracking, analytics, or unauthorized data collection.

Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use SparkVault products, including any configurations, settings changes, or interactions with third-party websites or content. While SparkVault is designed to be safe, lightweight, and reliable, all products are provided “as is” without warranties of uptime, performance, compatibility, or accuracy. Your use of SparkVault products is at your own risk.

Third-party content

Some SparkVault products may interact with third-party websites, content, or browser data as part of their intended functionality. SparkVault does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for external websites, services, or their policies. You must follow all terms, laws, and privacy policies associated with third-party platforms you choose to access.

Intellectual property

All branding, icons, logos, UI layouts, images, posters, names, themes, design elements, and software components associated with the SparkVault Browser Extensions Package are the exclusive property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, rebranding, or repackaging is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages stemming from the use or inability to use SparkVault products—including but not limited to data loss, configuration errors, third-party content issues, or interrupted functionality.

Updates and termination

SparkVault products may receive updates to improve compatibility, security, stability, or performance. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. SparkVault reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any product for violations of these terms or for operational or security-related reasons.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of SparkVault products shall follow applicable legal procedures within your region.

Changes to these terms

SparkVault may update or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of SparkVault products after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
