SparkVault Extensions package Privacy Policy
Last updated: Dec 2, 2025 • Extension: SparkVault Suite
Privacy Policy
The SparkVault Browser Extensions Package is built with a strict privacy-first philosophy across all SparkVault products—including browser extensions, desktop tools, web applications, and mobile apps. All preferences, settings, configurations, and user-generated data are stored locally on your device. SparkVault does not collect, transmit, log, or share any personal information, usage activity, or browsing behavior. Your data always remains fully under your control.
What data we do not collect
- We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details.
- We do not collect browsing history, search queries, tab activity, or content from the websites you visit.
- We do not collect extension settings, saved preferences, custom data, or configuration details.
- We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, analytics information, or crash reports.
- We do not use tracking scripts, cookies, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics services.
- No SparkVault product sends data to external servers unless you explicitly export it.
Local-only operation
All SparkVault extensions and applications operate entirely on your device. User preferences, saved items, settings, and tool-generated data are stored locally through your browser’s storage APIs, local databases, or secure device-managed storage depending on the platform. At no time is your data transmitted outside your device unless you manually export it.
Permissions
SparkVault products may request certain permissions solely to provide their intended features. Examples include storage, active tab access, downloads management, new tab overrides, and site-specific interactions. Permissions are used strictly for functional purposes and never for tracking, data collection, or analytics.
Data visibility and control
You have complete control over all data generated by SparkVault products. You may edit, delete, reset, or export your local data at any time. Uninstalling any SparkVault extension, app, or tool automatically removes all associated stored data from your device.
Optional future cloud features
Future versions of SparkVault may introduce optional cloud sync, encrypted backups, or multi-device continuity features. These features will always require explicit user consent, a clear onboarding process, and industry-standard encryption. No cloud functionality will ever activate without your permission.
Security
All data handled by SparkVault is processed within your browser’s or device’s secured environment. If cloud features are introduced in the future, all transmissions will use strong encryption, secure authentication, and modern industry security standards to protect your information.
Children’s privacy
SparkVault is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or request information from children. If such data is found, it will be removed immediately.
Policy changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as SparkVault expands and new features are introduced. Updated versions will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be announced within SparkVault products.
