Terms of Use
By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Risk Impact Evaluator (“the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Extension.
Purpose of the Extension
SparkVault Risk Impact Evaluator is designed to analyze the permissions and configuration metadata of installed browser extensions in order to provide risk impact scores and visual assessments. The Extension does not inspect webpage content, browsing activity, or user data.
License
SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license does not grant ownership of the Extension, its source code, design assets, or intellectual property.
Permitted Use
You may use the Extension solely to review, evaluate, and manage installed extensions and their permission profiles. All analysis is performed locally within your browser environment and is intended for security awareness, auditing, educational, or organizational purposes.
Usage Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Extension except where permitted by law.
- You may not use the Extension for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activities.
- You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Extension without prior written consent.
- You may not attempt to bypass security, permission, or functional limitations of the Extension.
- You may not misrepresent the Extension’s output as guaranteed security, malware detection, or certification.
Accuracy and Disclaimer
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Risk scores and assessments are informational and heuristic-based, and do not represent definitive security judgments. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon the results.
Extension Management Actions
The Extension may allow you to enable, disable, uninstall, or export information about installed extensions. All such actions are initiated explicitly by you. SparkVault does not perform any automated enforcement or modification without user interaction.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, names, interface designs, visual themes, and branding associated with SparkVault Risk Impact Evaluator are the property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Extension, including loss of data, productivity, or business opportunities.
Updates and Termination
SparkVault may release updates to improve functionality, security, or performance. Continued use of the Extension following updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. SparkVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Extension after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
