Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Permissions Inspector (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any component, code, or intellectual property contained in the Extension.

Usage restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Extension except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the Extension for unlawful, malicious, or harmful purposes.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Extension or any part of it without written consent from SparkVault.
• You may not use the Extension to collect or transmit personal data from other users or systems without consent.
• You must not use the Extension to circumvent website security, manipulate permissions, or perform unauthorized access.

Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the Extension functions properly within your browser and operating environment. While SparkVault Permissions Inspector is designed to monitor and analyze site permissions efficiently, it is provided “as is” without any warranty of performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

Third-party content

The Extension accesses permissions data from websites or tabs you have open. SparkVault is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of external sites. Users must comply with the terms of service of the websites they visit.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, names, logos, and design elements associated with SparkVault Permissions Inspector remain the property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized reproduction, branding misuse, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SparkVault, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Extension, including loss of data, browsing history, permissions, or other information.

Updates and termination

SparkVault may release updates to improve security, performance, or functionality. Continued use of the Extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for policy violations or technical reasons.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local regulations. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to these terms

SparkVault may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after any modification indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
