Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Newtab Page Redirect (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license allows you to override the default new tab page, set custom redirect destinations, choose preset redirect options, and store your preferences locally. Ownership of the Extension and all associated assets remains with Productivity Master X-Ultra.

Usage restrictions

The Extension uses the following permissions strictly to support redirect functionality and local storage:

These permissions are never used for tracking, analytics, monitoring browsing habits, or external data collection.

Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for any redirect destinations you configure. While SparkVault Newtab Page Redirect is designed to be simple, safe, and reliable, it is provided “as is” without warranties of uptime, performance, compatibility, or accuracy. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

Third-party content

The Extension may redirect you to third-party websites chosen by you. SparkVault does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, content, policies, or security of third-party sites. You must comply with all terms and policies of any website you choose to redirect to.

Intellectual property

All branding, icons, UI layouts, posters, names, and design elements associated with SparkVault Newtab Page Redirect are the exclusive property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized copying, rebranding, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including issues arising from redirected pages, misconfigured URLs, unavailable third-party services, or loss of preferences or stored redirect entries.

Updates and termination

The Extension may receive updates to improve performance, security, compatibility, or features. Continued use of the Extension after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. SparkVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational and security-related reasons.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from use of the Extension shall follow applicable legal procedures in your region.

Changes to these terms

SparkVault may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
