Terms of Use

By installing or using SparkVault Habit Tracker (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from installing or using the Extension.

License

Productivity Master Package X-Ultra⚡ (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SparkVault Habit Tracker solely for personal, educational, or internal productivity purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any component, design, or intellectual property associated with the Extension.

Use Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, modify, or distribute the Extension except as allowed by law.
• You may not use the Extension for unlawful, deceptive, or privacy-violating purposes.
• You may not sell, rent, or sublicense the Extension without prior written authorization from the Developer.
• You may not use the Extension to intercept, log, or transmit third-party data without consent.

Functionality & Responsibility

SparkVault Habit Tracker is designed to track browsing habits and present insights for personal improvement. The Extension operates locally and is provided “as is” without warranty of performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their browser and maintaining backups of their exported data if desired.

Privacy and Data Storage

All tracked data is stored locally within your browser via chrome.storage.local. The Extension does not transmit, upload, or share your browsing data externally. You have full control to view, export, import, or delete your data at any time through the Extension’s interface.

Third-Party Interactions

SparkVault may interact with websites you visit for tracking time and activity statistics. The Developer is not responsible for third-party content, websites, or data collected outside of the Extension. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they access.

Intellectual Property

All names, logos, themes, and design elements associated with SparkVault Habit Tracker are the property of Productivity Master Package X-Ultra⚡. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or branding misuse is strictly prohibited.

Updates & Modifications

SparkVault Habit Tracker may receive periodic updates to improve performance, security, or functionality. By continuing to use the Extension after an update, you accept the modified terms. The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Productivity Master Package X-Ultra⚡ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to data loss, productivity loss, or indirect damages.

Termination

The Developer reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Extension at any time for security reasons, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local regulation. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extension after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
