By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Bookmarks Manager (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.
License
SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any component, code, or intellectual property contained in the Extension.

The Extension allows you to organize bookmarks that may link to third-party websites or services. SparkVault is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of external sites. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any site they access through bookmarks.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, names, logos, and design elements associated with SparkVault Bookmarks Manager remain the property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized reproduction, branding misuse, or redistribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Extension, including loss of bookmarks, productivity, or data.
