Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Webpage Element Blocker (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license allows you to block webpage elements, apply previews, manage per-site rules, restore history, and customize browsing behavior. Ownership of the Extension and all associated assets remains with Productivity Master X-Ultra.

Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for any changes you apply to the websites you visit. While the Extension is designed to safely hide elements, SparkVault Webpage Element Blocker is provided “as is” without warranties of performance, compatibility, or reliability. Blocking certain elements may affect site functionality. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

Third-party content

The Extension operates on top of external websites but does not alter, store, or transmit their underlying content. SparkVault is not responsible for the behavior, security, or availability of third-party sites. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms of any website you access.

Intellectual property

All branding, icons, UI layouts, posters, theme designs, names, and visual assets associated with SparkVault Webpage Element Blocker are the exclusive property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized copying, rebranding, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of productivity, misconfigured site rules, unexpected visual changes, or data loss resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

Updates and termination

The Extension may receive updates to enhance performance, security, or features. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. SparkVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for technical, security, or policy-related reasons.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from use of the Extension shall follow applicable legal procedures in your region.

SparkVault may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
