Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Event Tracker (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license allows you to create events, manage event groups, view countdowns, schedule recurring reminders, and store your data locally. Ownership of the Extension and all associated assets remains with Productivity Master X-Ultra.

Usage restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the Extension except as allowed by law.
• You may not use the Extension for unlawful, malicious, or harmful activities.
• You may not sell, rent, or sublicense the Extension without written permission from SparkVault.
• You may not use the Extension to collect personal data from users or websites, nor use it in violation of any site’s terms or applicable privacy laws.
• You must use the Extension responsibly and for its intended purpose: tracking events, countdowns, and reminders within your browser.

Permissions

The Extension uses the following permissions strictly to support countdowns, recurring scheduling, group organization, and local storage of event data:

• storage — Used to save your events, countdowns, groups, notification settings, and arrival history directly on your device. No event data is ever uploaded, synced, or transmitted to any server.
• tabs — Used only so the extension can open its own event-alert page and refresh scheduled alarms when the browser becomes active. SparkVault does not read, track, monitor, or store any information about the websites you visit.
• alarms — Required to schedule countdown timers, recurring events, and event arrival triggers. All alarm processing happens locally inside your browser without transmitting any information externally.
• notifications — Enables optional event-arrival alerts, sounds, and visual notifications. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and never involve external servers or third-party services.

These permissions are not used for tracking, analytics, or external data collection.

Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for any event data you enter into it. While SparkVault Event Tracker is designed to provide accurate countdowns and reminders, it is provided “as is” without warranties of performance, accuracy, or reliability. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

Third-party content

The Extension operates independently of external websites and does not alter, save, or interfere with their content. SparkVault is not responsible for third-party site availability, policies, accuracy, or security. Users should comply with all applicable terms of any site they access.

Intellectual property

All branding, icons, UI layouts, posters, names, visual elements, and design features associated with SparkVault Event Tracker are the exclusive property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost reminders, missed countdowns, or corrupted data resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

Updates and termination

The Extension may receive updates to improve performance, security, or functionality. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. SparkVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for technical or security-related reasons.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the Extension shall follow the applicable legal processes in your region.

Changes to these terms

SparkVault may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
