Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Advanced Hyperlink Analyzer (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any software, source code, design assets, or intellectual property contained in the Extension.

Permitted Use

The Extension may be used solely to analyze and inspect hyperlinks on webpages you visit. All analysis is performed locally within your browser and is intended for development, auditing, educational, or research purposes.

Usage Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Extension except as permitted by law.

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SparkVault does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you interpret and use analysis results.

The Extension may analyze hyperlinks that point to third-party websites or services. SparkVault does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, security practices, or policies. Access to third-party sites is at your own discretion and risk.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, names, interface designs, and branding associated with SparkVault Advanced Hyperlink Analyzer are the property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Extension, including loss of data, productivity, or business opportunities.
