Privacy Policy

SparkVault Advanced Hyperlink Analyzer is built with privacy-first principles. The extension analyzes hyperlinks only on webpages you actively visit and processes all data locally within your browser. No browsing data, hyperlink details, or analysis results are transmitted to external servers.

What data we do not collect

• We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• We do not collect browsing history, credentials, form data, or personal content.
• We do not transmit webpage data, hyperlink details, or analysis results to any remote server.
• We do not track user behavior, usage patterns, or analytics across websites.

Local-only processing

All hyperlink analysis is performed locally using your browser’s extension environment. Temporary analysis data is stored only to support the extension’s interface and is automatically removed when tabs are closed or refreshed. No data leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Permissions

SparkVault Advanced Hyperlink Analyzer requires the following permissions to function correctly:

• tabs — to associate analysis results with active browser tabs and remove data when tabs are closed.
• scripting — to inspect hyperlink elements directly within the currently loaded webpage.
• storage — to temporarily store analysis results and user interface preferences locally.
• host permissions — to analyze hyperlinks on webpages you choose to visit.

These permissions are used strictly to support hyperlink analysis and are never used for tracking, advertising, or data collection beyond the extension’s stated purpose.

Data visibility and control

You have full visibility and control over all analyzed data. Analysis results can be viewed, filtered, or exported at any time. Removing the extension immediately deletes all locally stored data.

Third-party services

SparkVault Advanced Hyperlink Analyzer does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. The extension operates entirely without external dependencies.

Future features

Any future features that involve optional cloud services or external integrations will be clearly documented, disabled by default, and require explicit user consent before activation.

Security

All processing occurs within Chrome’s secure extension sandbox. The extension follows best practices to ensure data integrity and minimize permission usage.

Children’s privacy

SparkVault Advanced Hyperlink Analyzer is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Policy changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the extension evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
