Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SparkVault Task Manager (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

License

SparkVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. This license allows you to create tasks, organize task groups, track progress, reorder tasks, apply themes, and store your workspace locally. Ownership of the Extension and all associated assets remains with Productivity Master X-Ultra.

Usage restrictions

Permissions

The Extension uses the following permissions strictly to support task creation, grouping, progress tracking, and workspace persistence:

These permissions are not used for tracking, analytics, or external data collection.

Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for any data you enter into it. While SparkVault Task Manager is designed to enhance organization and workflow efficiency, it is provided “as is” without warranties of performance, accuracy, or reliability. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

Third-party content

The Extension operates independently of external websites and does not alter or store their content. SparkVault is not responsible for third-party site availability, policies, or security. Users should comply with all applicable terms of any site they access.

Intellectual property

All branding, icons, UI layouts, posters, names, and design elements associated with SparkVault Task Manager are the exclusive property of Productivity Master X-Ultra. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkVault and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of tasks, productivity, or stored data resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

Updates and termination

The Extension may receive updates to enhance performance, security, or features. Your continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. SparkVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for technical reasons.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from use of the Extension shall follow applicable legal procedures in your region.

Changes to these terms

SparkVault may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
